Delivery Times
Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving our facility. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier service interruptions beyond our control.

Returns & Replacements

We want you to feel completely at ease with your Essence purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility
We are happy to replace or refund any item that is unopened or defective within 30 days of purchase. For hygienic reasons, opened products that are not defective cannot be returned.
